We are currently seeking to hire the following positions:
Site Designer
We are seeking a talented Web Designer. The successful candidate will coordinate project outlines and content with the Creative Director to develop fully iterated designs comps into production ready PSD’s and create updated content and feature graphics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production-quality, full-time experience; collaborative experience preferred
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
- Expert in graphic design, color theory, layout and typography for the Web
- Proven experience creating full site designs from project outline to launch
- Design industry awareness and a passion for the web
- Desire to create new ideas that follow form and function.
- Knowledge and implementation of W3C Web Standards.
- A portfolio that includes self-started personal projects
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; strong communication skills
- A sharp eye for content, close attention to detail, excellent self-motivation
- Ability to turn projects around quickly, must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Eagerness to accept new tasks and responsibilities and develop new skills
- Understanding of Content Management Systems and implementation a plus

LAMP Web Developer
We are seeking a Web Developer to immediately become part of our established and quickly expanding team to help produce websites and online tools for this historic national campaign.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production-quality experience; collaborative experience preferred
- Expert knowledge in: XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP/MySQL
- Experience with Content Management Systems, Drupal implementation knowledge preferred
- A portfolio that includes self-started personal projects
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug your own and/or team code
- Superb cognitive thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; strong communication skills
- A sharp eye for content, close attention to detail, excellent self-motivation
- Ability to turn projects around quickly, must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to quickly learn new web API’s and SDK’s
- Eagerness to accept new tasks and responsibilities and develop new skills
